I don’t normally write reviews, however, when I receive an exceptional level of service I do feel it is the right thing to do. We joined the [Kissimmee Pools] team beginning of December 2010, and have not had a moments regret. While we didn’t have issues with our previous pool care guy, we did with the Management Company and once we parted company with the Management Company we had to find new pool care. Thankfully, [Kissimmee Pools] came highly recommended, and I agree with everything good I was told about this company. Excellent communication, which is vital when you live 3k miles away. Prompt reliable service, and reasonably priced. Well done to [Kissimmee Pools] and long may it last.
Let me start by saying “I never write reviews.” I am writing this review concerning a pool resurfacing which Kissimmee Pools completed. The staff is professional, courteous and timely. Normally when I have questions about products or service, I play the waiting game. Not with these guys: the call is usually answered on the first ring or returned shortly after I left a message. The service they provide is AAA. My pool has never looked more beautiful. Thank you [Kissimmee Pools] team!!!

We recently had our pool resurfaced by Kissimmee Pools – very competitive price and excellent service! We were desperate to get the job started and [they] worked hard to meet our requirements. The team was onsite within 2 hours of agreeing to have the work completed. They were very polite, professional guys who worked hard to finish the resurfacing in our time frame and I must say our pool now looks brilliant and sparkles.
