We called [Kissimmee Pools] to give us an idea of what needed to be done to get our green, neglected pool back to a usable state again (in a hurry) and they were very honest with us: we needed our pool resurfaced. [They] were also understanding to the fact that resurfacing is simply not in our budget at the moment. Ultimately, [they] worked miracles with what [they] were given to work with (a really neglected pool and pump) and it looks so, so much better than I thought it could. [Kissimmee Pools] was receptive to my questions, understood my concerns about cost, got back to me quickly when I contacted them and gave me information on our next repair, the pool filter. It was such an all-around easy experience that I know we will be calling on [Kissimmee Pools] again in the future.
