Just had our new pool heater installed by Kissimmee Pools. Contacted [them] and the pool heater was installed within a few days on time as estimated. Excellent service and very pleased with the results. We would definitely recommend Kissimmee Pools and will contact them again later on this year to have our pool resurfaced by them.

Our usual pool company was unable to diagnose a problem with our pool heater and insisted we needed to buy a new heater. We asked Kissimmee Pools for a second opinion and were delighted with their service. They spent time properly diagnosing and testing the heater to find the fault. A small part replacement fixed the heater saving us the huge expense of a new heater. Fantastic job finding the fault and quickly making repairs. Cannot rate their service highly enough and needless to say will recommend them and make them my first choice for any pool issue in future.

I called from Maryland about our spa & pool in Kissimmee. The spa was completely stained with rust from the previous owners and we have our first renters in 2 weeks. We called [Kissimmee Pools] to give us an idea of what needed to be done to get our green, neglected pool back to a usable state again (in a hurry) and they were very honest with us: we needed our pool resurfaced. [They] were also understanding to the fact that resurfacing is simply not in our budget at the moment. We had already been in contact with [Kissimmee Pools] and scheduled a date to re-surface our pool. Our current pool maintenance co via our management told us there was a leak and last month, the repair became more imminent. Our management gave us a price with a company they use and it was more expensive, but that wasn’t the issue, they said if the leak was considered “big” we would have to pay further costs, so the estimate was open ended. We emailed [Kissimmee Pools] and [they] dealt with the leak in a very prompt and timely manner and repaired this for us. We will post a further update after [Kissimmee Pools] has completed the re-surfacing and new lighting to our pool but from experience so far, they are a great company to deal with. Very efficient, courteous and excellent value for money.

Called [Kissimmee Pools] about a leak in the pool. [They] promptly answered the phone and [the technician] was over immediately to look at the problem. He was courteous, explained everything thoroughly in terms that were easy to understand, explained what all the costs would be and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. He showed me where the problems were and the leaks were fixed within 2 hours of my initial call to Kissimmee Pools. I would highly recommend Kissimmee Pools for any pool repairs and will absolutely call them again should I have any pool problems.
